Let's be honest—when I got started in real estate, I felt lost.
I knew I was tired of trading my time for money, and that I wanted more from life than what a typical job could offer: more travel, more time with family, more adventures with friends, more time outside.
But I didn’t know how to get there.
My first properties were single family homes.
I realized quickly that I would run out of time and money way before I’d reach my goals with real estate. I needed to think bigger.
Despite soaking up all the real estate blogs, books, gurus and classes, my path into multifamily was still full of ups and downs, trial and error, and I often felt like I was spinning my wheels.
It wasn’t until I started working with a coach and plugging into a community of other investors and entrepreneurs that I started closing bigger deals and finally seeing my dreams become real.
Most recently, my success in multifamily real estate has allowed me to relocate to Spain with my wife and two kids, where we get to live life on our own terms. It’s the best.
My current passion is helping other real estate investors like me achieve their own goals in months, not years, through coaching and community. That’s why I created these resources.
